Project: Pest Control - Bugs & Insects   Initially had to reschedule appointment due to rain; I had given a very detailed description (in writing) to the owner of services needed, twice, as I got the impression he was not tuned in, or perhaps he felt he had spent to much time discussing my concerns. Spoke to him briefly got a quote for $120.   When I followed up with the owner (via text and email) to confirm our appointment and reiterated the detail of services we needed, the Owner did not have a clue who I was or what we discussed. Owner seemed like he was too busy to respond to my text, but said he would call to discuss and never did. Instead, the service tech showed up, again asked me what the pest control issues were?! Told him that he should know as I had explained in writing twice to the Owner; he said he got those messages; so why is he asking again?    The service was completed but I was grossly overcharged, without explanation; I was given the next follow up date but they could not even give me a time. When I followed up with the owner .. again no response. They overcharged me, got my money and moved on.   I simply wanted to find a pest control company for all my properties. The only impression I get from the Owner of this company is he does not give a d**n about your pest control needs. He just wants to book an account, pass it to a tech, charge you and move on.    Cannot recommend this company that doe not spent the up front time to understand its customer's needs. I don't need another contractor/owner who books business and passes off to other techs without taking a personal interest.
