Complaint Review: Lady of America (aka) Ladies workout express

Potential franchise seekers, Beware of the used car salesman-like tactics used by the company's VP Bill Landman .....

"We are not in the business of ripping off people" were the words used by the company VP, bill landman aka william landman. I should have walked out right there and then.

I just want to WARN people about sending any kind of deposit, because you will never get it back. This company is hurting for business, they know once people get an indept look into the company they will back off. They use the deposit tactic to force people into making a decision. Once they get your money, you will be doing most of the work.

I sent my $2500 deposit. Once I decided to back off and requested the money that is owed to me, i did not get any response from bill landman. I tried contacting him for couple months. I have exhausted all forms of communication with no answer. I read other reports, and there are people going through similar situation regarding their money. In Mr&Mrs Daisy and Roger Ferrer rip-off report bill landman responded by stating "They should have had the decency to contact me".

I think bill should follow his own advice and contact people regarding the status of the deposit that is owed to them. If they decide to keep the money, they should be professional and have the decency to send a report with the day, time and the hours they put in. As you can see folks this is not a professional company. The details they provide are not consistent with the UFOC they offer.
