Complaint Review: Lady Of America National Fitness

I have to WARN anyone who is considering this fitness club. They will have you sign a 3 year contract so they get your money and one day you show up to work out and the doors are locked. The club I joined as been owned by 3 different owners and management changes have been about every 3-4 months. The hours constantly change for services and there was no mention of extra days they would close due to holidays-Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. They are understaffed so when anyone takes off for any reason-illness, vacation or just because-classes are cancelled with usually no advance warning. The same with the childcare, you may show up and there's a sign saying CLOSED. To bad that you got your kids dressed and out the door. The child care is only open from 8-11am and 4-7pm as it is. A lot was promised at the signing of my contract and unfortunately I did not read the back which keeps me in this contract until paid in full. Full warning to anyone who wants to join a fitness club- READ your contract!! Also have them write in anything you want or changes they promise in the consultation.
