Lage De Laden Financial Services This company did not process a payment I made and then turned me over to collections. They refused to take payment and the Collection agency did not return my calls. they have charged me alot of late fees and refused to refund those even though they acknowlege that it was all because of their error. This Finance company has messed up my account by not processing my payments and then charging me huge late fees. I have tried several times to get the bills straightened out but they never do. The people tell me they will work on it and then call me back but they don't. I am sick and tired of hassling with them every single month to no avail. Do leese's have rights?

You can file formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Office of Thrift Supervision
While on the Federal Trade Commission website - read the Fair Credit Billing Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act
