I bought a hottub used it about 10 times heater went out,burnt up the circuit board. Company sent parts out to repair,wrong parts , Tech came out reported to company the had sent wrong parts it cost me $308.00 to find this out. Since then they have sent a tech out to repair spa, they have been out about 6 times each time they have been unable to repair because company keeps sending out wrong parts. pitchers and numbers from equipment have been sent several times . In( July 25) I took a day off work to met Tech. 2 hrs. before he was to be here they called and canceled. I lost a days vacation . This has been going on for about 14 months.Tech came out (08-07-2014 ) once again the wrong parts were sent unable to repair.

 

I would like for my money to be refunded and bill marked paid in full. It seems the people in this company don't know there product verry well.

I used a credit card for down payment other payments made otto payment.
