Complaint Review: laidback Loot.com

laidback Loot.com took money back for purchase on May 16, 2017 for two charges of 44 and some change, and then for some reason another charge of.67 and I still have not received merchandise unkown Internet

Back on May 16, 2017, my wife seen an advertisement for a pair of elvis shoes for 19.99 with a free mug on purchase. My wife purchased two pairs because my mother loves elvis too. It is now July 17, 2017 and we still have not received the purchases made, but the money was taken out of our bank account. My wife has messaged them a few times asking them about the tracking and got a lame answer which basically was a robot for everytime she wrote to them. There is no phone number to reach anyone and the only way to reach is email. We want our money back if they are not going to respond or delvier the goods.
