I purchased a pair of KISS (ROCK BAND) shoes for $24.99 and it said with my order I would be receiving a free mug. That was in May 2017. The money was immediately taken out of my account. I've emailed/ messages the company 4 different times and no response! And no merchandise. Ive had enough so I am going to my bank to report it.
