Lake siskyou Reynolds resort Poor health conditions, refused a refund yet still booking the cabin I paid for Mount Shasta California **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
I paid a deposit a year ago for $168.50 for staying at cabins in lake siskyou. The fires broke out this week and due to asthma with my child and pregnancy we can't be in those conditions (the fire is 2 miles away). People are wearing masks around town because it's hard to breathe. I called and they won't refund or change the date to another date or even move us to another spot within their resorts. They also want us to officially cancel so they can book the cabin with someone else and still keep our deposit. They claimed "its. It our fault you got pregnant and there smoke".
