Lakeeffect Services, LLC the prepaid $2855 for a project they were supposed to do was not returned even thought the project was never started East Amherst NY
I May 2019 I hired Lakeeffect Services, LLC to create a concrete patio behind my house in Tonawanda, NY. The owner requested half of the project price to be paid upfront and cashed the check for $2855 on 5/21/19, but has never started the job.
In September 2019, after numerous phone conversations he agreed to return the money, but has not done this yet. In October 2019 I requested help of Better Business Bureau, but their intervention carried no effect, as the money has not been returned yet. It appears that I am one of the many customers treated the same way by this company, judging from online reviews.
I feel robed of $2855 by this dishonest business.
