Lakes Area Trucking will not pay for the loads that they owe my boss almost 20,000 in dept now because of lakes area trucking Ottertail Minnesota
my boss leased on three trucks with lakes area trucking in feb 2004, was doing okey until this month when they wrote him alot of checks that the bank would not take because they had no funds to honor. we did everything that was required in order to meet there demands, followed the procedures right untill this months when everything went down hill.
in the state of texas it is a felony to write a check over 700.00 and they have wrote alot of them and still we not honor or pay my boss at all. the following is a list of checks that have no funds to honor them. checks number 12172 amount 1,618.19, 12173 410.73 12182 641.66 12183 1,955.95 12184 213.13 12188 475.10 12189 710.82 12190 1,092.06 12194 1,431.21 12198 906.54 12199 804.89 12200 1,618.19 total amount due is 11,878.49 not to include the charges for nsf on all of those checks listed above. if you can help in this matter please do so I would hate to see a man that I work for get riped off like this.
