Laketon TV Appliance & Satellite Center, Gary & Tom Pietropola Sold a product that was faulty and will not back it up. Penn Hills Pennsylvania
Purchased a RCA 52" Television in 12/03. After six months, product was not working properly. Picked it up to service returned and product still was not working properly.
Picked up product on 2/25/04 and did not return until 9/23/04. Product again did not work properly.
Came back on 3/16/05 to repair, product did not work at all. Took the product back again.
As of now, we have paid for a TV that we do not have.
They claim they can't fix it, but will not replace it or give us our money back.

how come it took laketon tv so long to respond to this report ?
did it take that long to resolve the issue also ?

Went back & looked up this TV was replace with a new one
