Lakeview Manor apartments beware, old dirty stoves, refrigerator, old carpet not replace from past tenants. Poor maintenance. When request repairs, work is done poorly or just patch up, if the work is repair at all. Inspection is done and still the city continues to let them operate in violations. Some apartments not painted from past tenants, when mention to super. met with tension and promises. Ask for new carpet, told to buy a cheap carpet and lay over old carpet and just remove new carpet when you move. If you need maintenance just check at the supervisor house(who's not the owner), maintenance maybe there cleaning his yard. The owner needs to follow up with people he hires.Bathroom ceiling falling in with mold. People with children suffering respiratory problems, because of mold in bathroom.

'If you are homeless shelter maybe better or just find somewhere else to go. Old wiring and over thirty years old stoves and refrigerators leading to very high electric bills. The place is a money trap. To the head of maintenance a bandaid do not stop old copper pipes from leaking.
