Lala Box, Richard Hentosh Committed Fraud, Did not ship order after payment received Brookhaven Pennsylvania
We are a distribution business and we ordered 50 units from Lala Box in Brookhaven at the beginning of May 2017. This was our 3rd order. Our check was cashed by Richard Hentosh owner of Lala Box on May 4, 2017. He had previously communicated to us that he had units in stock but when asked after receiving our payment, he stated they out of stock. This seemed to be false information because his website and all advertising did not communicate an out of stock situation. I have contacted him on weekly basis asking for a delivery date and he has failed to provide one. It is now July 3rd almost exactly 2 months after our check was cashed and he has still not provided a delivery date or refunded our money but his website still shows units in stock. We have documentation and are in the process of legal action. I suggest customers be very careful when prepaying or ordering anything from the Brookhaven location or via www.thelalabox.com.
