Complaint Review: LalaMira

LalaMira I purchased a flower girl dress and what I reviewed was of poor quality and did not look like what was pictured. They say they accept returns within 7 days but the truth is they do not accept any returns.

I purchased a flower girl dress and the dress that arrived was not as pictured on the internet.  The top piece was a super thin material and the three flowers along the waist hung down so that you could not even see them, only the stitching behind them.  The only nice thing I can say about the dress is that it fits well. 

After multiple email attempts to return the dress, their last response was "There is nothing wrong with the dress itself.  The difference is acceptable.  It's unfair for us to take the responsibility.  Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally.  The return is not possible."   Wow I thought, "acceptable"??  Yes "acceptable" is exactly what I was going for when looking for a flower girl dress.  "Unfair" to them.  They have an interesting spin on the word "customer service".
