On Lune 21, 2016, I ordered a 3/bottle package of La Hair La Vie vitamin supplement valued at $75.00.  After comparing this product with ingredients of other products, I decided to use my own system. I returned the shipment (3 bottles) unopend marked "refused." 

As this purchase was on a credit card, I was watching for the credit on my report.  On July 10, 2016, I inquired by using 1-888-588-0068 number. I was informed that the shipment had been received at this station and would required another 3 weeks to reach the Los Angeles, CA, building site. This should have reached CA by the end of July or beginning of August. At that time and again on September 2, 2016, I called to inquire about the return credit. The salesperson informed my that since I did not include a  Return Code label (had to be sent by email from La Muse), that it would take longer for them to find the returned package.

To date, I have not seen a credit return on my account and I feel that $75.00 is too steep to let go unnoticed and corrected just over a Return Shipping label. The product was not opened. The shipping box was not opened. It is still a new product. 

I have been ripped off, for sure. What can I do to retrieve this money? Any help is appreciated.
