I purchased  three wigs for $45 from LanaHair  on Shopify on or around 3/22/2020. I received them by mail on 4/4/2020, however, none of the wigs matched what I ordered from the website. I emailed customer service at service@aeewig.com on 4/5/2020 requesting the return address so I can return the wigs to obtain a refund since the website said they will accept returns within 14 days. Nobody responded to my email.

I emailed the customer service at service@aeewig.com again on 4/8/2020 asking for the return address to return the wigs with no response again. Then I called customer services directly for Shopify and I was told I could file a dispute with my bank for fraud. I would like to return the wigs since I will not be wearing them and they were not what I ordered. I would like a response and refund from the seller LanaHair.
