Complaint Review: lancaster dodge

If you get you vehicle seviced, plan on it being damaged .....

This is the third vehicle i purchased from lancaster dodge, and each and every time i got service done i received my vehicle back damaged! i know i should have learned my lesson, but i beleive in the three, strikes your out. it is a shame that dodge makes such nice looking vehicles and then has to go and screw up by hiring the most irrisponsible service people they can. i heard of cutting cost, but not at my expense or any other consumers. once they sell you a vehicle they make you feel like your a burden if you need service done.

and don't dare say that your $35000 truck got scratched or dented at the dealership, if you do your a damned liar, becouse the service people are perfect they don't make mistakes! maybe the service manager is right. i made the mistake by allowing my self to get screwed three times by lancaster dodge. this just maybe the last chrysler product any of my very very large family will ever purchase. all thanks to lancaster dodges service team, kudos.
