With over 10 trips to Land Rover Miramar you would have to think they would get something right. Land Rover never quite has figured their cars out and I don't think they will. For the $85,000 sticker price of a car you would hope that since they can't fix their own vehicles that just maybe they would treat the consumer with some respect, wrong. My last trip to Land Rover was the 4th in the last 5 weeks. This trip consisted of them fixing an interior crack in the windshield that was done while the vehicle was being serviced. They offered to fix the crack after taking responsibility, but shortly after refused because the car was in an extended factory warranty. My understanding is when someone breaks a windshield at a car dealership, that they are the responsible party to fix it. Needless to say the list goes on about the terrible service at Land Rover Miramar and Land Rover North America. Both never seem to have the ability to make sure that these issues are addressed and really don't seem to care.
