Complaint Review: landau

last week we stayed in atlantic city.in one of the casinos there was a landau jewerly store.we looked at some rings and asked the sales lady what the diffrence between a real diamond and those stones  were.she told us she would show us the difference.we asked her several times if those rings are real diamonds and she said yes those were.they were priced at 2995$.we ended up buying one. 2 days later we got it checked out after we came home.found out that not only the ring is fake but has also a chip in it.we contact them and asked for a refund or exchange.they told us that we must missunderstood her .and that they will not refund is the money.the manager was very unprofessional and rude.now not only did we loose this money but the ring is also chipped.
