I bought a lot in Kingman with the promise of a security guarded fence, underground utilities, jogging trails, a tennis court, paved roads, a county controlled flood plan,a homeowners association with voting rights, garbade pickup, potable water and a lake for boating pleasure. This project was "assured" by Mohave County.

I have paid a fortune for my lot and to protect my investment, I have paid a fortune to lawyers and courts. A judgment against the Developer and his associates has cost me over $100,000.00. There is nothing to collect.

Neither the Neal's nor Mohave County have corrected the sub-division. They are both "broke". When the "leaders" of Mohave County are approached by my neighbors for help, we hear " this is a political problem".

Please, never buy anything offered by anyone in Mohave County named "Neal" and if you do, be prepared to spend an extra $100,000.00 to protect your investment.

I know it's land fraud, but no one will do anything about it. I have learned most of the Land fraud laws in Arizona have stemmed from problems created in Mohave County activities.

The Mohave County Attorney says, "... takes a risk when you buy..." Not Good.
