Landmark Health Light Square SoHydrolux offered a trial for $4.99 with no subscription. 2 weeks later received 2 charges for 89.95 & 99.95 Internet
Saw this ad on line and read it carefully. It was a free trial, if you think $4.99 is free, with no additional charges and no subscription. I received the samples in very small jars. Two weeks later I was charged 89.95 from Light Square So and 99.95 from Landmark Health. Got in touch with my bank to report this. Am disputing the charges. Bank gave me two numbers to call, 1 for each. For Landmark Health 305-428-2638 and for Light Square So 305-428-2795. Called the first one Landmark Health. talked is Isabella she offered me $80.00 refund on my debit card. I had already closed that card and she said that was the only was I could get refund. Then call the 2nd number for Light Square So & guess what I got Isabella again. This time she told me that I had already accepted the $80.00 refund and they would not refund the other charge of 99.95. Got angry, said a bad word. Have filed one dispute today, will file 2nd dispute tomorrow. Don't know what will happen. I'm retired, on social security and can't afford this. Do not buy anything from this company! They are thieves!
