Complaint Review: Landmark Honda

Here we go.  I faithfully bought a new '07 Honda Civic Hybrid here in April 2007, in which the sales peron(s) treat you so fine, but the 'rest' turns into a nightmare!!     Mr. 'Shifflet', the manager in 'service/repairs' is a totally arrogant SOB when you approach him about the shoddy workmanship there and at other Honda dealer(s).    He 'maintains' denial of any given discrepancies and like with so many other businesses in the NOVA area, will throw you out/off the premisses with the threat of charging you with tresspassing if you return, giving you no 'recourse' but to have to pay another Honda franchise to fix the damage they cause to your vehicle!!         REAL sneaky bunch, like when I purchased the 5 year 'extended' corrosion 'package' they wipe it down with a special fluid for protection (called 'AFPT') and the obviously 'shadey'-corrupt employees drilled two 'nail-sized' wholes in the top of the passenger side door frame straight thru the plastic right over the window.  This was a new vehicle!!    Later, when I had to have the same coverage replaced thru insurance after a minor fender bender (you have to get this special coverage 'renewed' if it is ever 'hit' thru your insurance, they tell you 'later' after it happens) they 'performed' this same vandalism over the drivers side door-frame/window.         It was clearly deliberate 'sabotage' to the looks/integrity of the automobile!!   Why???    What is this??  I never said nor did anything to 'justify' this!            Faithfully purchasing a new Honda there thru the salespeople assuring you wonderfull service/experience after purchase!!   Oh!  My!!      Such attitudes after you spend the hard earned cash there!!    Beware.  Simply by your Honda elsewhere, or another 'brand' altogether!!   (see Posts for 'other' Honda dealerships in the NOVA region!!     Honest!!   Beware!!)       And if these people are doing this sort of 'thing', then what else are they capable of???    Your 'life' is literally in their 'hands' when they work/ do this sort of 'thing?' to your auto.    Could cause death on the highways!!   I say it is 'home grown TERRORISM' right in your FACE!!    See also 'Bill Page Honda' of Annandale, Va. AND Brown's Honda of Arlington, Va.       These places WILL give you 'shoddy', rotten service and treatment if you 'question' the lousy service they provide!!     Then expect you to 'pay' for fixing thier screw-ups as well!!    Or 'get out' they say with the threat of 'tresspassing' charges!!
