Advertising brand new apartments but infested with cockroaches and mold. unresponsive and racist management, paperthin walls, management picks favorites that are white & management harasses certain ppl that are black. They segregate black people to one building and tell ppl with kids to live on 1st floor only.

Landing at Little Elm is at 42% occupancy for a reason. Do not try to see why. Go to Century 380 for real luxury living & avoid The Landing at Section 8.
