Complaint Review: Landmark Merchant Solutions

When you buy or lease from a company, check their credit rating. Landmark Merchant Solutions (attempting to hide their name by calling themselves Merchant First Bankcard on the credit bureau's) has a business credit rating of less than 65 UNDESIRABLE, according to three credit bureau's.

LandMark Merchant Solutions and its officers and employees is everything that is wrong with the Credit Card Processing Business. The fact that no one there seems to have a soul only confirms that they have not only a total lack of intelligence, professionalism, or integrity.

This company has been ripping off consumers for nearly 3 years according to many sources that I have been checking on. I also spoke with other merchants who have told me that they have the exact same problems.

I leased a machine from this company with several promises, one, that I would have my telephone order money within 5 business days. Sure enough, on the first order, it took 7 business days (9 days overall).

I have excellent credit, paid the full amount of the lease, and took delivery of what I believed was a new machine. What a surprise, they stuck me with a refurbished.

And of course, when the first statement arrives, they have phantom charges on there. When I called the customer service, Susan told me that they charge me for any card that I even try to run, no matter if it goes through, is declined, or isn't even run.

Do yourself a favor, stay away from these people.
