Landmark Vehicle Leasing Landmark Leasing BEWARE!!! OF LANDMARK VEHICLE LEASING. I HAVE LOST OVER 8K TO THIS UNETHICAL SECOND RATE COMPANY Markham, Ontario

I would like to warn any person or persons looking to get involved with this company either as a customer or even an employee. I am currently in the process of taking legal action against LANDMARK VEHICLE LEASING. I am unable to disclose the full details of my particular transaction at this moment. This company operates highly unethically.

Beware of their sales people, especially a gentleman by the name of GREG NORMAN. Since they are also paid on a commission basis, they use attractive monthly payment figures to get you to sign a very vague lease agreement. In the end you are hit with all these fees upon return of the vehicle.

Upon return of your vehicle, especially in a lease circumstance you are hit with all types of hidden fees that were never explained to you by their sales staff when selling you the vehicle. Also these fees are never mentioned in detail or at all on the lease. The lease agreement pretty much leaves it open for LandMark to charge you for the vaguest of things. I am being charged for the most ridiculous of things.

If you are looking to lease a vehicle, your best bet is to go straight to the dealer. Do not get involved with second rate companies such as LANDMARK VEHICLE LEASING in MARKHAM. All they do is buy vehicles out in the open market and try every possible way to turn that into a profit by taking advantage of the consumer.

I would like to write a rebuttal to J_M's complaint, but I am unable to do so as he completely failed to include any details, corroborative evidence, anecdotal explanation or other information to which I may reply.

For J_M to arbitrarily say that I, and the company I work for, are "unethical" and "second rate" is certainly his right, as anyone can say pretty much anything they would like on the internet, but just because J_M says it certainly does NOT make his statement true or accurate in any way. In fact, J_M doesn't even include his own name, instead he hides behind the pseudonym J_M. However, he was very careful to include MY name in his unfounded and unfair accusation.

I challenge you to come forward J_M and identify yourself, tell your story in a way that is open to judgment by the public, and suffer my rebuttal. I have nothing to hide from you or from the public, but you are obviously too cowardly to even post your first name, let alone actually identify yourself.

Finally, this rebuttal is a formal demand that Ripoff Report remove this facile example of scurrilous libel from their site until such time as J_M comes forward with details and faces a fair rebuttal in front of an informed public.

Greg Norman
