Complaint Review: Landsafe - Countrywide

I also feel like Countrywide/Landsafe is a rip off. Countrywide pretty much steers you in Landsafe for your apprasal, because they make the process much more simplier by using Landsafe. No idea @ the time the two companies have a close connection. Almost seems like a conflict of interest. Very unhappy with my apprasal and it cost me over $400. My home is in excellent condition, but was termed "average" Homes used in compare were not simalar. I also found it odd that the apprasier took a picture of the wall in the hallway. The wall picture was used in my home apprasal portfolio. No pictures of my second fuuly remodeled bathroom! I would highly advise staying away from countrywide's side kick company Landsafe. Better to work with a company that is not connected with Countrywide for obvious reasons
