I signed up for a 3 month subscription to receive real estate phone numbers of expired listing in the MLS. After my intial set up call with a representative I relized that this system was not what I was looking for. It lacked a lot of items that I needed. So after not even using The Landvoice system I requested a refund.

Here is the response from Kelsea Soversign:

Thank you for using Landvoice as your Lead Provider. As I understand, you would like to cancel your subscription, and receive a refund. Our Terms and Conditions clearly state that cancellation only cancels future billing and so I have shut off your future billing and you will not rollover.

However, I cannot issue a refund for partial use of services or for services rendered and not used. As stated in our Terms and Conditions; Landvoice does not offer partial refunds or refunds on partially used subscriptions. For that reason I don't have grounds to approve your refund request.

Your account will be active until the end of the current purchased term and will then be shut off. If there is anything we can do to help you utilize the subscription, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team at 888-678-0905 option 4, or by email at support@landvoice.com.
