I purchased 2 Lane Benson Faux Leather loveseats Dec 2013. After 2 years the material started to bubble up on the back cushions, within a couple of months these areas got larger and ultimately peeled away. Within another 2 months the fabric on the arms exhibited the same peeling.

After 3 years, peeling and cracking of the fabric over the entire loveseat, and the fabric underneath has started to disinigrate.

I contacted Lane in April 2016, roughly 2.5 years after purchase, and was immediately advised that the warranty for the fabric is only for one year and nothing could be done for me, except that they could direct me to some fabric repair companies. They did ask you photos to forward to qualilty control.

I believe that Lane is very aware of their fabric deficiency, hence the 1 year warranty. Many other people have experienced the same issues with peeling fabric after the warranty ends.

I am also concerned with the disinigrating under fabric as I do not know the material content. It's going everywhere. Whats is this doing to myself, family and pets.

Considering that I paid approximately $1300 for the loveseats they definately should last more than 1 year.

Again, Lane is fully aware that they have a defective product, and they still continue to sell it.
