Complaint Review: Lane Pediatrics

 Please beware of Lane Pediatrics. Dr Lane has absolutely no knowledge and defers to her staff for patient information. Perhaps if they spent less time on Facebook and more time on learning a little class they wouldn't be enduring this. The front desk is horrid. Is your child sick? Need an appointment same day? Well you better hope you are a friend or relative or rich. Otherwise you are low class and will be dismissed. Are you having issues getting forms signed by your child's Doctor?

Don't ask Lane Pediatrics - that sounds like work and they may break a nail. Go somewhere else becomes that is why you set up a primary physician. But whatever you do...don't ever get mad or angry. Don'tever lose your temper after dealing with this behavior for a year....because if you do and you are right the staff will lie and "Dr" (can we even call her a doctor at this point?) will not have the common courtesy to contact you. If that wasn't bad enough - as you walk away feeling humiliated but moving on as you realize sometimes people don't mesh; you wake up to a public Facebook post about your family. Look - doctors are a dime a dozen. If you enjoy abuse and enjoy the feeling of being treated like dirt everytime you visit or call your child's Doctor then this is place for you.
