Since being ripped off by this company,Which is an insurance brokerage co.. I have learned that they do this kind of thing all the time.They work hand in hand with another company I am reporting after this, as well as many others I'm sure. Which is Stevens Imports Inc.(aka) Huntington Toyota.
They lie about your credentials to the car insurance companies they are getting you a policy with, unbeknownist to you So they can supposedly get you an unbelievable rate, they quote you an entirely false rate and take a substantial deposit from you, never telling you that most of that deposit is a brokers fee.They managed to do this to me on a Sunday, convincing me to cancel my current insurance, (which is closed on a sunday), so you have no time to rethink any of this.
Once you get the real facts which was for me, the next day Monday. I canceled the policy and now I lost the $350 brokers fee and a $40 one time insurance company fee on top of having to pay for two days of more expensive coverage.

The claimant contacted our company on a Sunday for a quote on auto insurance. We then ran various reports to find out the claimants driving record, insurance score, etc. We gave the quote based on those reports. The claimant did not disclose additional operators that were in the household which raised the rate. The claimant was referred to us as she needed coverage to buy her car on a Sunday when other companies are closed. All of our services and fees are given the the client in writing and were signed by the claimant. Any time a client is not happy with our services we consider a full refund. Our company has an A+ rating with the BBB.
