Do not rent from these companies. they buying distressed houses fix them a bit that you can't see it at first when you move in, but then you start to discover what is wrong with the house but the main thing most of the houses have an active sinkhole. After holding a house for a while they drop it into foreclosure and keep collecting your rent and not fixing anything and buying more houses to fix a bit and rent; after 1 year in foreclosure process the bank will take over house anyway and you have to look for the new place.
If you are looking for something safe and long term run away from these companies. If you want to fix everything yourself and have no problems to move at short notice - go ahead. They comment on google reviews that reviews are all false, that they are from completion companies. This is not true. All the reviews on google about these companies are exactly describing what these companies all about.
