Do not use Language Course Marketplace, formerly Pimsleur Marketplace. I sent a comprehensive language course to them as part of a buyback program at the start of August. I used tracking so I know it was delivered. I tried to contact them over 20 times by phone. No one ever answers. I left messages but no one returns the call.
Evenutally, I emailed to a different address, support@languagecoursemarketplace.com and somone forwarded me a link to submit for my $100 payment. They were supposed to confirm in 14 days. They never did, and despite many emails to the indicated email address, no one replied. I should have read the reviews first. They have been ripping people off for years now. I have all my documentation and I am going to try to file criminal charges for theft in the Ammon ID jurisdiction, and file a lawsuit. They are nothing but thieves. It is a good thing that I saved everything, so I have evidence of their deceipt. Do not use them. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!
