We purchased and completely paid for a Color/Printer Copier with sadler stitch etc... on April 14, 2006. It was sent to use on April 26, 2006. The product was undeliverable because it was too big. The salesperson had mislead us size of the unit.

The salesman was contacted right away. A refund check was suppose to be have been sent to us. We did not receive it I waited two weeks. I contact the office manager on May 18 of the company find out no request was made for a refund. She told me a refund check would be sent to us. I waited a week and did not recieve a check. I contact the corporate office. and spoke with public relations. They told me it would take two weeks to process the check I found that was out ragious. But I waited. Two weeks later no refund check.

Now they are telling me it will take another week because they accidentally sent it to the wrong address. This was suppose to be sent out overnight. It is Monday and if this was the case it I should have been received it on Tuesday but they are telling me it is going to take another week. I can't believe them anymore.
