Feb.12 2015 I applied for a mortgage loan with LoanDepot when I talked to M Fombrun he told me there would be no appraisal fee. Then i received my loan packet and the apprasal fee agremeet paper said appriasal fee is $0.00 then they charged me $400.00 to my credit card . I think they are deciving peopie and outright lieing to them.Can you help

I would like to say that after talking to Mr. Jeff Cutler and explaining the problem I had about appraisal fee Loan Depot refunded my money for which I thank them
