This company, it seems, is designed to deceive and rip you off.  I purchased a refurbished computer from them.  It arrived and did not work.  When I called the "return" department asking that I get a refund, I was told there is a "restocking" fee.  But, this is a computer that is defective!..not just being returned.

I tried to discuss this with the customer service rep who told me I had to talk to "Eugene" to get the policy waived.  After two days of being transferred from person to person I got Eugene who was rude and almost angry.  He said he could not help me and that was their policy and that I should know that.

This is not a company that is interested in customer service.  Stay away.  Do not purchase anything from them.  They are rude and confrontational.  There are many good refurbished computer companies, unforturnately I found this one.  This one will be out of business in 6 months.
