Complaint Review: Laptop- Advantage

I read this warning too late!  purchased refurbished laptop from these rude people and I don't understand how they can still be operating,once I turned on the laptop and the keyboard began to warm-up, a horrible (sweaty armpit) stench intensifies. It is INTOLERABLE!!

In addition it has alot scratches,looks like it's from the 90's and to make all that worse I have not been able to get an internet connection! The customer service number is not a 1-800 number the person who answers(if they answer) is very rude,almost screams  back if you cannot understand his bad english and weird accent.

When I asked to be refunded he yelled an RMA# and did not care about what was wrong with his merchandise and told me to return it at my cost and a 25% restocking fee would apply as well.

I totally regret this purchase..please beware!
