LAPTOP-ADVANTAGE - Laptop Advantage - Advantage Computers Inc. dell, i thought i was buying from dell and it was advantage computers the cd part of theinspiron 4000 i received don't work and the laptop is not working properly either. and they are rude and i am going to return it and try to get my money back by certified mail. mentor, Ohio

first of all i paid for shipping which i understand $32.00 but i have to pay to ship it back and it's broken, also they said i have to pay 25% restocking fee so they are making money just to get it returned.                                                                        

the cd does not work, the top was scratched and it also stops responding all the time and it loses connection all the time and it's not my connection. it is so slow i have to sit and wait so long it makes surfing the net unenjoyable.

also i can't install my printer either, it isn't working correctly. it junk.

i am very very unsatisfied, i thought i was ordering from dell and when i got my receipt it said advantage computers inc. advantage is a good name for them because they are taking advantage of consumers.

i think they should be at the least fined for fraud!! that's what they are doing. i would like to see them shut down.

people from other countries should be proud to be in the USA and not come over and rip us off. and yes they are very very rude people.
