Company shipped a "refurbished" laptop that arrived cracked in the top right corner, it was dusty anddirty. The wifi does not work, there is no windows program. Which was supposed to be included with the purchase. I sent the computer back because I was instructed by PayPal to do so and the company refused the shipoment. I called to ask why and they said I need an RMA, which i tried to get numerous times bu t the mailbox was full. Go figure!! Noiw they are trying to blame fedex for the damage and denying that they are at fault for any of it. They wanna charge me a restocking fee of 25%, for a BROKEN item that was falsy represented online. They need to be shut down!
