Complaint Review: Laptop Charger Factory

Laptop Charger Factory Order a charger for 2 day delivery on friday 3rd, expected a dely because of hoilday weekend. On the 6th called about charger location, The company gave me a tracking number for UPS that was't available. Told me there was a shipping error, requested another charger be sent 2 day shipping. Has been a week, called told me that still a shipping error. Internet

Brought a charger from Laptop Charger Factory, paid for 2 day shipping on friday july 3rd. Expected a delay because of holiday weekend.

On july 6th checked the tracking number for UPS, the tracking number was not availible. Waited a week, called the company to find out what happend to my product. A sales rep told me there was a shipping error in the shipping department and was lost.

Requested new charged to be shipped 2 day delivery again, the rep agreed and said it would be delivered on friday the 17th, no delivery was made. Called again told me there was still a error in the shipping department.

Demaned my money back, waiting on response.
