My stepson ordered a laptop computer, plus add-on memory, a case and a DVD-RW drive from 1StopLaptop.com in August. The payment for which was charged to his credit card. We have not received the entire order.
We did receive the laptop computer, minus the case, DVD-RW drive, and extra memory card.
The package did include a remote DVD reader, which was returned, by agreement, but no agreed upon credit has been charged back to the card, as yet. This agreement was made on 9/23, the drive returned, but even though my wife had tried every week to contact the company has been unsuccessful.
We would like to warn everyone about doing business with this company, which my stepson found on EBay as they are not reputable at all.

After contacting the fraud department at EBay my wife was advised to give the company one last chance to resolve the issue with a phone call. She called and after receiving some run around gave the name of the person at EBay Fraud which got some partial results. We were sent the missing computer bag and the memory chip via mail. The refund for the incorrect hardware originally sent with the computer was reduced by 50% and my son's credit card has not (5 days) yet been credited with the "refund".
