Complaint Review: Laptop Outlet

I ordered a used laptop from laptopoutlet.com- They said it had an OS win 98-New Battery-Was in good shape- It came with a damaged screen with a 1 inch burn-NO OS- It would only boot for a second and die with no power- Has mother board damage- Dead battery and more. I sent it back and they will not return my money or call. They do have a report from the BBB on them. Bureau File Experience
