Laptop World Overpriced and Sub-par computers Internet, Internet
Purchase two "refurbished" Mac computers that cannot perform basic tasks. We are not able to access Word, Excel, Power Point and cannot even view youtube videos. These computers were grossly overpriced. I was given dirty and broken keyboards and mice with them. One mouse had exposed, frayed wires. One of the keyboards had an entire dead section in the number pad. Overall I have had a terrible experience with Laptop World and they have yet to correct the situation.
