Ordered a laptop battery for my compaq laptop was billed 15.00 for 3-5 day UPS delivery. It is now day 9 and have not recieved my laptop battery. They don't have a dedicated line for oder status there only phone line is for sales. The online oder status says shipped. Please refund my 15.00 for the 3-5 delivery. Plus my credit card was already charged for something I have not recieved.DONT'T BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT.
