Complaint Review: LaptopBatteryOne

I attempted to order a Asus G73J Laptop Charger (order 1048480). This was the page I ordered it from.

 The item shipped was not an Asus G73J Laptop charger; it was a different item, described elsewhere down the page. Turns out Laptop Battery One does not even sell an Asus G73J Laptop Charger; despite it being the item pictured/labeled. 

Then their customer service was rude, and refused to help or remedy the situation in any way.
