On December 18,2008 - I purchased a Dell Latitude laptop computer for 331.00 from Laptopgaragesale.com and paid with Paypal. I received the laptop, but it didn't have a battery. I called Mr. Nauman and he said that he was sorry and I should return it to him. He then advised me that I should upgrade to a better computer for an additional $92. On Dec 30, I shipped it back to him to the address listed on the website, and PayPal'd him another $92.

On Jan 8, I checked in to see if he had shipped the Compaq. He didn't remember what we agreed to, wanted to know which computer I wanted to upgrade to, and said he hadn't received the Dell Latitude. He asked me which address did I send it to. I told him "the one on the website." I was told that wasn't the correct address and he would have to go to the warehouse to get it.

On Jan 10, he said he was very sorry for the delay, but that the "laptop was checked very thoroughly to avoid future problems".

Finally, I received the Compaq second laptop. On the fourth boot, it couldn't find the operating system. On another boot, it booted to critical system error. I want to be confident that if I'm paying over 400 for a computer that it will boot more than 4-5 times. I asked for a full refund on Jan 20.

He advised me that he would send me a third laptop (Dell D800) without charging additional money. On Jan 22, he sent me his home address for me to return the 2nd computer to. He said the Dell would ship in a couple of days.

As of Feb 1, Justin had not returned any of my calls or emails inquiring about the status of the computer shipment. On Feb 4, I received a tracking number from USPS, when I checked on the tracking information, nothing had ever shipped. On Feb 6th Mr Naumen called my husband and said to him the package was shipping that day. Again nothing ever shipped. I called Mr Naumen several times and emailed him. None of them were ever answered.

Because I was starting to smell a rat, On Feb 12, I filed a complaint with PayPal against both the $331 and the $92 transactions. Only after I filed the complaint did Justin return my call. He said he had been sick, and that's why he hadn't returned any of my emails or phone calls. He told me that he would be refunding all of my money as if the transaction never took place but would only do so if I took the complaint off of Paypal. I told him I would take the complaint off after receiving my refund.

Today Feb 18, Justin told me that he would refund all of money. He then refunded only second $92.00 transaction. Unfortunately for me, the $331 transaction was over 45 days old and was closed immediately by Paypal when he refunded the second ($92) transaction-seems like a convenient loop hole to me.

When I called him and informed him that he still owed me for the original purchase of $331 he hung up on me and wouldn't pick up when I tried calling back. When I called him from my sisters cell phone he answered right away. I identified myself and informed him that I wanted my full refund and he stated "Don't call me again. I no longer consider you a customer." and hung up on me again.

This guy has been stringing me along for over two months and now says that he will no longer answer my calls and no longer considers me a customer. I still have no computer, Paypal can not reopen a complaint because it is over 45 days old, my son still does not have his Christmas present, and I'm out the original $331.

Mr. Nauman had told me that the original computer was resold to another customer. In the Paypal dispute he said that he would be send this computer back to me. How? It's been resold. I do not want anything from this company, except my 331.

I have two Paypal accounts which I have used for several years and have never had a problem. I feel completely violated. This guy strung me along-long enough for the first transaction to expire so I had no recourse, and then refunded me only the $92 to clear the complaint. I have copies of all email transactions and Paypal disputes.

I have filed this complaint with the IC3,FTC, have called the Lititz, PA Plice Department (waiting for them to call me back), am filing with the Better Business Bureau,am filing with the Consumer Protection Agency.

Call the police in Justin's home town of Lititz. He's a thief and a liar. He changed two customers reviews on his site, changing from poor to excellent.
Then he disconnected the link to write new reviews. What a creep! WANKER ALERT!!!!!

Okay, wow where to start -what a piece of work, okay let's see here, this customer (Lisa Shean) is correct, she did order a dell laptop around Christmas time for around the sum of 331 dollars, when she received it she contacted me personally right away, which is fine. Actually I try to provide my customers with the best customer service possible, which is why my personal cell phone number is there on my website for all to see and use as they need it. No fancy answering system nope, hold for ten minutes press 1 not here my friend, nope, just a "Hello, this is Justin, how may I help you?" Which is what I imagine Lisa heard when she called me. Her initial issue was that she didn't think that something for over 300 dollars used or not should have a scratch or blemish, she intended to still give it as a present and she'd let me know if it would work or not, after Christmas there was the "it's missing a battery", which still had that just been the case trust me people I am in PA (East Coast) and she's in CA (West) would I pay for shipping of the laptop back to me, so i could slide in a battery, just to ship it all the way back to her? Exactly no I wouldn't, I would just ship her a battery. Anyway I forget the other ridiculous reasons she tried to give me, all while I was trying to eplain to her that it wasnt necessary, Ill replace it, exchange it or refund it, because seeing my customers happy is the #1 thing to me, I've given customers free good working laptops, just to ensure that there is a smile on their face, because that's is the way I beleive business should be done. Without customers there is just nothing. Long Long story short, i get the 1st laptop back, nothing wrong with it whatsoever, I contact her, give her a free upgrade, send her that out (mind you this is about 30 dollars im out on shipping already, typically I would ask the customer to maybe pay for half the shipping, but she didnt seem like the nicest person), anyway she gets #2, keeps it for a few weeks, nope it doesnt work she sends that one back, now with this #2 - She at first was ready to send it back because of no usb ports, until I told her where they were.... Anyway, she sends #2 back (again shipping on me) get this one, inspect it, perfect condition, sold same day as I received it back from her, been running great, actually have checked on the status a few times just to make sure it was still running great... So now Lisa is pushing me for another upgrade, we hammer out a deal she sends an addition 90 dollars for the upgrade (or some of the shipping), she is very very snippy on the phone, wants to know when it will be there, her sons upset, etc. Okay okay okay so THEN she calls me on a Sunday, wandering when this new order is going to be shipped out, I tell her I try to take Sunday's off to spend with my family and that I would try to get it shipped early on in the week. Nope that was not good enough, she later goes on to try and dispute her payments, when it should have been shipped, lucky for me there was a delay in the part coming in so the laptop was due out a day later than expected. She refused to drop the dispute I refused to send her the laptop, and since she's wasted too much of my time, sellers BEWARE!!!!
