They advertised a "Genuine Acer OEM laptop battery", which I ordered. They sent a generic brand instead which will not charge in the Acer laptop (OEM battery has a chip which is missing from the generic brand). After contacting the owner, he said to send it back to exchange for the original OEM battery. I sent it back and have not received the replacement. Contacting the owner again, he said he didn't receive the generic battery. He now has the generic battery and my money. "Bait and Switch"
