Laptopkeyboards.org Shipped a damaged item Internet
laptopkeyboards.org shipped me a broken antenna. The tip was bent, and the item did not work. I contacted laptopkeyboards.org, and they informed me that they only send replacements for defective items if the buyer will pay for shipping. They would not refund my money or send a replacement.
Why should I have to pay shipping for another item when they sent a non-working item to begin with?
I hope at least one individual sees that this is not a reliable company, and this offsets my metaphorical loss.
