I sent my Dell 5100 laptop in for repair to laptop ready on 10/20/05.

I started calling in November 2005, where I had sent my laptop for repair at 1720 Noth Regan Blvd, Longwood, Fl 32750. There are two numbers listed, (866) 978-0581 and (321) 283-2211.

I was assured that the laptop was on the workbench for repair. I kept calling weekly through December 2005 and early January 2006. Finally in January 2006, I was told my computer had been sent.

On January 20,2006,I received a Dell 5100 laptop in the via UPS. I turned the unit on and realized that it was not my laptop.

I was finally able to find who the software was reigistered too and going to the WalMart ISP I was able to laocate a phone numer. I searched the internet and located the owner of the lapptop in New Holland, PA.

The laptop had been stolen from his office approximately a year earlier and he had reported it to the East Earl TWP Police Department.

I was contacted by the Officer who was investigatin the stolen computer. The Officer then contacted a Max Huertas, the alledged owner of laptop ready at the Maryland address.

Max told the Officer that my computer was at the shop in Maryland and would be sent to me. Max said that he buys laptops all the time and does not know the origin of the units he buys.

Max appeared to be deceptive and untruthful in his reponses the the Officer according to an email the Officer sent me.

Max then sent me an email on 2/28/06, and said my laptop would be repaired as soon I returned the one he had sent me because he needed the case to replace the on the one I had originally sent in for repair.

Max said he had transfered the serial numbers on the original stolen case to my name. He said there were no serial numbers on my original case.

On March 1, 2006, Max Huertas said in an email to me that he did not have my original laptop.
