I purchased a battery for a Dell D820 with a 3 year warranty that was sold as a 7800mAH, 8500mWh battery on eBay from Laptopz-outlet. I use an app called "notebook batteryinfo" to monitor the charge, life left and original manufactured specs. the battery I received was marked 7800mAh but was in fact a 6600mAh battery. It causes me to wonder, if the manufacturer lied about that , what are the safety features like and how cheaply made are the solid state electronics inside it. the seller who is listed as Laptopz-outlet appears to be Yall, the actual manufacturer. I was offered a refund, but how many others bought that aren't aware of the truth? Since they appear to be the manufacturer they should know that they are misrepresenting the product and commiting fraud.
