Laptopz Will Not respond and hide phone number Brooklyn, New York
I ordered a replacement keyboard for a Averatec 3700 model - I told them it must fit that computer - Well, I got a keyboard in a few days that did not fit - I emailed them and got a response that it was a "medium" rated e-mail and "that is it" - here it is a week later and I can't get them to answer e-mail and can not find a phone number - I have e-mailed for a return number that they say has to be applied for in 7 days - no response - then I found them on Rip-off - I should have checked here first - stay away from these bad boys and girls - unless you want to piss your money and time away -
